Trade & contract florals · Dubai

Dubai's floral partner for spaces that can't afford to look ordinary.

Hospitality, events, offices, retail. Artist-designed arrangements, delivered reliably, from a JVC boutique that treats every stem with intention.

One account

A named florist

The same designer holds your account, learns your rooms and answers on WhatsApp. No dispatcher in between.

Reliability

Fixed service windows

Agreed delivery and refresh windows, held week after week. Replacements between visits at no charge.

Commercial terms

Monthly invoicing

Trade pricing, one consolidated invoice, 30-day terms. TRN issued, LPO and PO references accepted.

Design standard

Approved in advance

Every rotation and installation is proposed with a costed mock-up before a single stem is cut.

Serving

Most suppliers deliver flowers. We take responsibility for how the room reads.

Four doors, one partner

Start with the space
you're responsible for

Two ways we work: on a rhythm, or on a date. Everything else — sourcing, design, install, invoicing — follows from that choice.

Weekly & recurring

Hospitality

Hotels, restaurants, spas and clubs. One rhythm, one invoice, one florist who knows which arrangement suits which corner of your lobby.

  • Fixed weekly or bi-weekly service windows, including weekends
  • Seasonal design rotation, proposed and approved a month ahead
  • Vase and vessel programme included, cleaned and rotated with each visit
  • Free replacement if anything drops before the next service

Events

Weddings, launches, galas and private dinners. We design to the room and the run sheet, then install and strike around your timings.

  • Design concept with a costed, physical mock-up before sign-off
  • Install crew and same-night strike, on venue access schedules
  • Venue liaison, permits and loading paperwork handled by us
  • Single point of contact from brief to strike

How we work

One process, whether it's
every week or one night only

The first four steps are the same for a hotel contract and a gala. What changes is what happens after the install.

01 Site walk

We visit the space, note light, footfall, ceiling heights and where arrangements actually get seen.

02 Design proposal

Palette, vessels, stem counts and cost per position, written down. Nothing quoted verbally.

03 Mock-up

A physical sample — one week of service, or one table — before you commit to the full scope.

04 Install

Delivered and placed by our team inside your agreed window, in uniform, with access cleared.

05 Account or strike

Contracts move to a standing rotation with monthly invoicing. Events are struck the same night.

If you're on a rhythm
Hospitality, offices, retail programmes

Your florist holds a standing rotation, proposes the next season a month ahead, and consolidates everything into one monthly invoice.

If you're on a date
Events and one-off activations

We work backwards from the run sheet: mock-up two weeks out, load-in on venue schedule, strike before the room is handed back.

The studio

A boutique in JVC,
not a wholesale depot

Bella Fleur is a working design studio. Every arrangement that leaves it is built by hand at the bench, by the same small team that proposed it.

We buy small and often rather than in bulk, which is why our stems arrive with days of life left in them rather than hours.

Hospitality

They've held the same Thursday morning window for two years. In hotel operations that reliability is worth more than the design, and the design is excellent.

We briefed a ballroom for 320 with three weeks' notice. The mock-up came back costed, the install finished ahead of the run sheet, and the room was struck by 2am.

The things procurement asks

Answered up front so the first call can be about design instead of paperwork.

Ask something else
What's the minimum to open a contract?

Hospitality and office programmes start at AED 1,800 per week on a three-month initial term, then rolling monthly. Events are project-priced from AED 12,000. Retail activations are quoted per window.

How much lead time do you need?

Recurring programmes go live within two weeks of a signed proposal, including the mock-up week. Events need three weeks for a full design cycle; we take shorter briefs when the scope allows, and will say so honestly on the first call.

Who handles delivery and installation?

Our own team, in uniform, with our own vehicles. No third-party couriers touch the arrangements. Install and strike crews carry venue access documentation and public liability cover.

What happens if a stem fails mid-week?

Contract clients get free replacement between service visits. Message your florist directly and it's replaced same day within Dubai.

Can you match a brand palette or set dressing?

Yes. Send Pantone references or a brand deck and the proposal will specify the exact varieties that hit those tones in each season, along with the ones we'd avoid.

How does invoicing work?

One consolidated invoice per month, 30-day terms, TRN on every document. We accept LPO and PO references and can register on your vendor portal.
