TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per the availability
2. The majority of our orders are delivered punctually within the selected time slot. However, in very rare instances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion or remote delivery addresses, delays may occur.
3. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, delivery attempts will be made only once.
4. Flowers may be delivered in various stages, including fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or in bud form, depending on their readiness.
5. Once the order is prepared for delivery, redirection to a different address is not possible.
6. While we make every effort to avoid it, occasional substitutions of flowers may be necessary due to temporary or regional unavailability issues. Rest assured, any substitutions will maintain the overall quality aesthetic and value.
